Dekko Service Options

Certain options in our Services are provided free-of-charge for a certain limit of uses, while other premium services (“Premium Services” ) require payment before they can be accessed, such as usage-based packs. (“Paid Packs“). With a Paid Pack you gain a certain additional number of scans based on the Paid Pack chosen by you. The limit of available scans/uses for the free packs and/or Premium Services and the prices of available Paid Packs is subject to change in the Company’s sole discretion from time to time. We may also offer special promotional packs, memberships, or services, including offerings of third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties.

Paid Packs

As of December, 2024, the following options/ paid packs are applicable

Free: 9 scans (Free Pack)

Rs. 99: 20 scans

Rs. 249: 50 Scans + 5 Free

Rs. 499: 100 Scans + 15 Free

Once paid, the charges are non-refundable, including in the event of non-usage.

For Paid Packs, we may use the following payment methods (“Payment Method”): (a) by making a purchase through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“Third Party Store”), or (b) paying with your credit card, debit card, UPI or PayPal account, which will be processed by a third-party processor. Once you have opted for a Paid Pack, you authorise us to charge your chosen Payment Method. If payment is not received by us from your chosen Payment Method, you agree to promptly pay all amounts due upon demand by us. Tax rates are calculated based on the information you provide and the applicable rate at the time of your purchase.

The Company reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue making available any product, feature, service or other offering; to impose conditions on the honouring of any coupon, discount, offer or other promotion; to bar any user from making any transaction; and to refuse to provide any user with any product, service or other offering or to honour any offer.

Account Deletion or Paid Pack Deactivation

There is no option for Paid Pack deactivation. Deleting your account/profile does not cancel or deactivate your chosen pack; your Paid Pack is non-refundable, and any unconsumed scans will get forfeited.

If you have consumed a Free Pack on Dekko through the Apple Store or Google Play Store previously, you will not be eligible for another Free Pack.

Deleting your account or the App from your device does not automatically delete your Payment Data method stored by Third Party Stores or third party processors and their respective terms and conditions will apply in relation to the same. Additionally, the Company is no manner responsible or liable towards any claims or losses directly or indirectly in relation to Payment Method data and/or any security leaks or storage in respect thereof.

Taxes

The payments required for the Services do not include any Sales Tax that may be due in connection with the Premium Services provided under these Terms. If the Company determines it has a legal obligation to collect a Sales Tax from you in connection with these Terms, the Company will collect such Sales Tax in addition to the payments required under these Terms. If any Premium Services, or payments for any Premium Services, under these Terms are subject to any Sales Tax in any jurisdiction and you have not remitted the applicable Sales Tax to the Company, you will be responsible for the payment of such Sales Tax and any related penalties or interest to the relevant tax authority. As used herein, “Sales Tax” means any sales or use tax and any other tax measured by sales proceeds that is the functional equivalent of a sales tax where the applicable taxing jurisdiction does not otherwise impose a sales or use tax.

Price and tax changes

The Company may from time to time change the price for the Paid Packs and will communicate any price changes to you by any reasonable means, including by email or via in-app notification or otherwise, with reasonable notice, in any case not less than 15 days., Price changes will not affect already subsisting Paid Pack, or unused scans from already purchased packs.

Tax rates are based on the rates applicable at the time of your purchase. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements in your country, state, territory or even city. Any change in Tax rate will be automatically applied based on the account information you provide.
